Investment Equity Development (IED), our development branch, was established to develop and construct our company owned real estate with the entrepreneurial decision-making and hands-on approach necessary to achieve the highest performance under all market conditions.

Investment Equity Builders (IEB), our general contracting branch, for other third parties has been recognized as having a reputation for quality, excellence, integrity and competence. This was earned by constructing a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from car dealerships (Gaudin Jaguar Porsche and Aston Martin, and the world’s largest Acura dealership), radio stations (Lotus Broadcasting), clubhouse and golf training facilities (Silverstone Country Club) to restaurants (LaSalsa) located within hotels in Las Vegas.
